5/$25 Venus Clothing ruched cold shoulder dress

Never worn, but washed once. Ruching down both sides. This dress is listed and labeled as an extra small, but believe me when I tell you it fits like an extra, extra small!!! No returns because it doesn't fit!😅🙈
