These hi-rise shorts are cute and elegant at the same time. They're perfect for the days you want to feel feminine but don't want to wear a skirt. Previously owned, there are three loose threads in the same area. (See photo.) I'm sure they can be pulled from the other side and will look fine but I'll leave that up to the new owner.
