Beautiful sky blue NWT .Lovely -would love to keep but does nothing for my figure :( P-P 24” under bust is 22” with stretch in back. Hip -widest area is 27” Shouler to hem 47” .Ruffle on top of arm hole .The size says 1x but it fits like the size posted .
