American eagle leggings size 14 women’s; in my opinion fit more like an 8-10

American eagle jeggings size 14 women’s jeans. Skinny. I normally wear size 10-12 in women’s but these were snug. In MY OPINION they fit more like a 8-10. But the tag says 14.
