Antique Kerosene Lamp, Small Milk Glass with Brown Farm Scenes

Very small antique kerosene lamp, once belonging to a young boy. Sweet inscription on the bottom telling about to whom it originally belonged. This at present is not a functional lamp. The head is rusty, and there is a hard substance on one edge of the bottom, perhaps old glue? It could likely be restored by someone who knows more than I. And in that scenario, it will be sold in "as found condition." The milk glass has no chips, cracks or crazing, and the little farm building scenes are all in good condition. 4.5 inches tall x 2.5 inches diameter.
