Bailey Blue Polka Dot Dress

Beautiful blue and white polka dot dress by Bailey Blue. Buttons down the bodice with a soft subtle ruffle on the sides of the button placket and neckline. Collared. Elastic waist. Loose, flowing skirt gives the dress a perfect A-Line shape. Hits right around the knee. Unlined but it’s not sheer at all. Machine washable cotton spandex blend. Excellent condition although it initially came with a belt that I do not have. It looks great without a belt but you can add your own if you choose. Size large.
