Beautiful cap sleeve blue dress

Beautiful darling dress with cap sleeves, v neck with 3 small buttons, and gorgeous lace high waist with drawstring tie. Sky blue color with light brown and pink floral pattern. Below the knee length. Bought at goodwill but in excellent condition however being 100%cotton I believe it has shrunk because tag says medium def fits like a small or extra small esp the top. I'm a B cup was tight on me.
