Fully lined black dress. Outer layer is like a soft, flowy netting. Black gross grain ribbon sewn on as a belt with black and clear rhinestones (all there, none loose). Straps are adjustable. Sewn-in back sash. Netting does have a couple of small snags that are only noticeable if you’re looking for them (price reflects this). 13” across belt laying flat. 23” from bottom of belt to hem. 7” from top of chest (wear strap is sewn) down the cup to the top of the belt. 3” armpit to top of belt.
