This is a great, vintage, lavender, long sleeve, 1995 Clothespin Jacket / top from Blue Fish. The front closes with lavender buttons, and two tie-on pockets sit on the gathered lower panel/flounce. There is a cute little pocket on the left upper chest with an adorable chair painted on it.
