Blue and white vintage sun dress

This dress is a light blue, dark blue, and an ivory color. It seems like an old vintage style dress based on the pattern. The dress flows about to the middle of your shins. It has a semi elastic type of waste near the belly button, and tassels that tie in the front for decoration. Has 2 skinny spaghetti straps. The dress flows a tad bit lower in the back than the front (as displayed in the picture). ONLY WORN ONCE. No stains or discolorations. Size: (14/16 kids XL/L)(adult small)
