Brighton Straw Tote GUC

This is a straw tote by Brighton. Has some discoloration on one side in lower right corner which I've tried to capture in pictures. It's really not that noticeable but it is reflected in the price. There's a little fraying around the top in one area but the purse does not seem to have any other stains, rips or tears. Measures 10.5 inches (H) x 14 inches (W) x 3 inches (D). Double handles measure 5 inches from top middle to purse.
