New with tags! Quality fabric and construction. Lightweight, soft, velvet-feel, wide corduroy skirt with functional belt loops, button waist with metal zipper (not plastic), hip pockets made with lightweight fabric and no back pockets for a smooth look. Labeled Size 4, but seems to run larger, so I have listed as Size 6. Please zoom in on pictures for approximate flat measurements and your best fit. Dry Clean recommended per garment label, but I would personally first try gently hand-rinsing in cool water and air dry to keep this item looking fresh and new longer and also save on dry cleaning. Really nice staple black skirt that would look great with flats, heels, boots, you name it! I so wish this fit me!
