Custom made! Brand New w/ tags Prom / Formal dress! This dress was hand made with top being Velvet, beaded lined, and w/adjustable corset design waist. Tulle bottom with floral design Bottom lined in silk and lays at the ankles. This dress is stunning and pictures do not do it Justice! It was custom ordered and measurements are listed in pictures. It was ordered for Prom but came too late.
