what is waist measure ?

@wint2030 That’s difficult to determine based on the blouse nature of the waist as pictured. More or less blousy will determine length and waist and unless you have it on is undeterminable. From my own experience, I’m shorter waisted and at the time of purchase a large 4 small 6 and I was very pleased with the fit/look.
