From the now defunct Lord & Taylor in New York City. Fabulous raffia hat with a 2" black fabric band tied in a floppy bow with silk roses and raffia accents. Crown is 3" high and the brim is 4" wide that curls slightly up. Inside dimension is 7" long x 6 1/4" wide with a total circumference of 21".
