Disney couture white rabbit ring Vtg Alice in wonderland authentic mega Rare

I don’t see any other markings on it besides Disney. It has been sold out for many years making this very very rare and hard to find. Sz 6 1/2. I have never worn it but I’ve had it for at least 20 years. Not sure what year it came out possibly in the 60s/70s.
