Dolled up by Fang large black Cotton eyelet blouse pinup

This says it’s a large, but I think it’s more of a medium. It runs small. The under arm two under arm is approximately 20 inches in the length is 25 inches. The waist does taper in at 16 inches across the front. It is not stretchy because it’s 100% cotton.
