can you please respond to case 65b19710948ffe1ad7716cc8 regarding this sweater? It is disheartening that I am no longer being updated and Posh says you are going to receive full payment when I only received one of two sweaters. the two duplicates were shipped back and show delivered on 2/6. your business hours are almost over, and if you don't reply today they are going to close the case. please respond to the case with an update on shipping for my replacement sweater.

@freepeople that's crazy. they locked me out too. this is so frustrating. listen I'm fine if the case gets closed as long as you ship the replacement sweater. but if it gets closed and you don't or can't ship I'm out $45 dollars and I think I will need your assistance getting a partial refund. do you have a tracking number by any chance you can provide me with here? it's been a week since you said you placed order with the warehouse.

I also called the 215 number for the wholesale division on the return label you provided and spoke with Janelle. she's also going to have their team help assist with tracking down the sweater, and said someone from their team will reach out to you directly as well to try and help get this resolved.

@cleocatco I want to start out by saying that we are genuinely so sorry for what happened with your order, and greatly appreciate how kind and patient you have been through this whole process. For right now, the only thing we can do to somewhat resolve this, is to input a replacement order for something else in the closet. Or, you could continue to wait to see if the sweater will become available again. If the sweater does not become available again, the only option will be to send...
