I can read cursive, but I can’t read what it says. Decorative flaps at chest Buttons inside neckline for a hood (not included) No fabric content tag, but I would say the denim is 90+% cotton with a couple % spandex, polyester faux fur lining. No stains or holes, no snags. Faux fur lining is very soft. Buttons fully function. There was originally a hood to this vest (see buttons inside neckline), but it is not included.
