Beautiful Quality Black Skirt by INVESTMENTS NWOT Color: Black Size: 10 Fabric: 97% Cotton; 3% Spandex. Nice fabric!! Care: Machine Wash Tumble Dry Length: 21.5" Long Waist: 15" Across while lying flat. Further down around the hips it's 18.5" across Features that I like: The waistband is about 2" of elastic that is solid and nice quality. Perfect for slimming. :) It has a side zipper. Great fabric! Has a kick pleat which is still stitched. I purchased this at Burdines/Dillards department store, a better quality store in Florida. Paid $40-50. It has never been worn.
