Really good condition J. Crew wool blend skirt. Double layer ruffles. Lined. Zipper in the back. There is a hook and loop closure at the top of the zipper, but the hook is set in so far that I can not get them hooked together. A seamstress may need to fix it or add a new loop if you want to be able to use it.
