Light Summer Dress

Top and waist band are stretchy. Purchased from another posher, but the top didn't it me quite how I wanted. Dress is fairly low cut. The previous seller only wore once or twice. I didn't have the pleasure of wearing this super cute dress :(. Looks brand new- no signs of wear. Size is unmarked. Would fit a small or a medium thanks to its stretchy/flowy material.
