This is giving retro 80s vibes! London Times Petites black dress with purple dots. Crossover look bust. Sheer sleeves but the dress is fully lined. Elastic at the cuffs. Long belt can be with or without. Zipper under the arm. Midi length. There is an interior ruffle at the shoulder to give the sleeve some body but it isn’t a shoulder pad. Check out the pics!
