The handles are strong and firmly attached and zippers are good. The interior is not as padded as a new bag but is clean, dry and the pouch and chain are good as well. Both pieces are solid and may be used immediately. There is wear to the leather finish at the rim in some small areas but no major flaws. Much of the charm of this bag is the adorable petite size.
