Lululemon Forme Jacket

Lululemon navy and white stripe jacket, I believe it is the Forme, but it is an older color and I’m not sure. Full zip jacket with zippered pockets, no thumb holes in the sleeves. Good used condition, some wear on the white under the arms. Offers welcome 😊
