MILLIBON dress or tunic top

The pattern really stands out with large colorful pretty flowers on top of black. Back is somewhat open on shoulder area and material moves on straps to be wider or thinner. Fully lined and measures 21” from pit to hem which allows this to be a dress or long tunic style top.
