Marina Luna black and white polka dot camisole

Marina Luna black and white polka dot blouse. Ribbon ties at left shoulder. Neckline is not adjustable. 100% Silk/Polyester. Some spots have white lines going through the stitching. At first I thought they were pills but it appears to be a part of the design or how it was manufactured.
