This dress is a rainbow glittery mermaid unicorn dream! It has all the sparkle and shine. Rhinestone and sequined mini underdress with an attached multilayered tulle high low floor length overskirt. The torso has boning and a zipper with corset lacing back. It also has optional hook in straps. Measures about 14" flat across the waist, 31" from neckline to sequined skirt hem. There are a few looser rhinestones. No missing sequins. This would be a great prom or homecoming dress or fun for cosplay or a masquerade ball.
