*NOT TESTED* Worlds of Wonder Hector

Super cute and beautiful condition, with minor flaws. Still has original tag and unable to test due to not having the cord that connects him to Mother Goose. Please note the minor flaws, one wing is detached from tethered down string, a spot on the bottom of each foot, and the fabric became unattached from the battery cover (currently held in place w/tape), and two small spots on bill.
