Brand New Never Worn!! The only reason it is not NWT is because it did not come with tags it came in a plastic sealed bag and I opened it and took it out to try on. It is cute but not really my color , too light with my very fair skin really washed me out. Was final sale so no return, my loss your gain. Pretty light pink with white crochet lace details on chest and around neck. Armpit to Armpit is about 18". Front side Shoulder to hem is about 28". The back side is a little longer about 30". Size Small.
