NWOT BodyCentral Tunic with Ruffles

BodyCentral Tunic with ruffled skirt-like bottom half, purchased in 2011. Never worn, but the buttons/button loops on neckline are fragile. One button is missing, at least one button loop is broken. Still very cute/interesting! Good condition otherwise.
