Never worn army green 90’s does 70’s Y2K shirt dress. Wear open like a kimono / duster too! Shirring at back, bell sleeves - Stevie Nicks would be proud. Size L but could fit M or S too. This would look so good paired with a black hat/leggings + booties as a duster or belted w/sandals for Summer.
