NWT JS Collections 100% Silk Jacket Size 4 Ivory Floral, vintage, lined, cropped

Gorgeous vintage 100% silk jacket by JS Collections, size 4. Slightly cropped, black button up front, stand up collar. The cuffs are very interesting- see the pictures! There is some shoulder padding and it is lined. The pattern is pale yellow flowers and black highlights. There are 2 thin belt loops if you’d like to add a belt (it does not come with one). Sale price tag of $110 still attached (and this jacket is vintage). One sleeve has some bumps (note the pictures) which may come out in dry cleaning but I’m not sure. Not staining, rips.
