NEW short sleeve 3 season dress is knee length with button closure in the back. Off white or beige background with multiple colors - purple, black, muted orange, tan - looks almost floral but also looks paint bespattered or rain drop splashed. Size is 1X but more runs small, more like a large or even a medium. Approximate measurements are: length 40 inches from shoulder to hem, waist 17 inches across lying flat for 24 inches total, pit to pit 21.5 inches, sleeves 12 inches. Long belt is about 68 inches. Fabric is 97% polyester and 3% spandex Fully lined from neckline to hemline, except for the sleeves. Sleeve cuffs have ruched detail. Fabric is gathered at the waistband, which is elastic. Could also wear it higher as an empire waist. Belt is made of same fabric as dress and attaches with two small loops on either side.
