NY Collections Black Dress - Size M

This black dress is one piece but looks like two. The top half hangs like the retro dresses did, loosely. The sleeves are long and sheer with gold dots. These dots do wonders for the dress. I'm not sure what the material is, but it's very attractive. This is also fully lined. The dress is in perfect condition. Thank you for visiting my closet❣️
