New RARE Women’s Black Sequin Formal Strapless Long Gown/Dress/Bill Levkoff,10

Brand new Bill Levkoff sequin strapless gown available ! Absolutely beautiful dress,has a touch of glamour with a combination of classic simplicity! Great for proms,parties or weddings! Size 10. 100 % polyester. There are a few random stray threads as you can see from the pictures ( which aren’t a big deal,simply pointing out for cosmetic purposes), otherwise beautiful condition. One cosmetic defect is seen near the inside area where there is a loop,it’s not a ripped thread just like a piece that was not sewn correctly. Next to this is a small thread bump( please see pics.) These are not huge issues,just want to make mention. I tried to show pics of the other few loose threads I did find . Measures about 55 inches L and about 15 inches across for the waist , armpit to armpit is about 17 and 1/2 inches.
