NiKi Livas ladies formal maxi

This dress by Niki livas is a black formal maxi dress that is a bodycon at the top and the bottom one third of the dress is layered Ruffles from probably just below the knee all the way down to the floor. The back of the dress has a plunging V and the dresses by Nikki Levi's it is in complete excellent condition.
