One of the blades appears to have been replaced and the other two seem to be the originals. The original replaced blade is also included as well as its original Norelco soft travel case and plastic head protector. The razor is clean overall and appears to be fully functional...but selling used and As-Is. Blades would likely have to be replaced for current use.
