PLASTIC Japanese Serving Dish

I just thought this was too pretty. In new condition. No signs of damage or scratching in the floral design. Approximately 1 quart. 7 inches in diameter. Reminds me of the 90’s and pretty sure it is vintage, but can’t confirm.
