Good used condition, does not include a filter, but they can be bought at Walmart or Amazon Shows a few scrapes and scratches, but no chips or cracks Fits in refrigerator and has a dispensing spout that can be turned on or off, as it's needed We have used this for several years, but no longer need it as we bought a refrigerator with a built in water dispenser Great to use in a camper or rv, or at home
