Persaman velveteen skirt

Rich miss green velveteen with satin ribbon accents, pleats in front that are stitched down for the top 4”, full lining so it doesn’t catch on tights. 15” across waist, 18” in length. EUC except for a few rubbed spots in the nap of the fabric.
