This is a limey- green stretch, ribbed top. It has silver beads sewn across the entire neckline. The material is luxurious. It says size Large with a 14-16 underneath. It stretches a lot and is meant to stretch a lot. It is meant to be fitted. I do think it can fit a 12-14 but would become too short must likely for a 16. Please check measuements.
