Prairie Underground Rain Blanket Jacket

Black oversized jacket with asymmetrical front, front pockets and large structural neck. Fleece lined. The style is called the Rain Blanket and it seems to be a hard to find style but I'm guessing by the name its meant to be an overlayer to keep you warm and protected from the rain and should be at least water resistant.
