This very pretty lightweight black dress is soft and comfortable. It has a stretchy smocked bodice, short sleeves and elastic throughout the neckline. Body is 100% viscose; smocking is 73% polyester and 27% elastane. Machine wash and hang dry. Approximate measurements: Length 33.5" Sleeve 7" Armpit to armpit 15" (laying flat, not stretched out)
