Purple and Clear Stone Yellow Gold Ring Inscription 18KGF?

Purple and Clear Stones or Possibly Glass. Shiny Costume Ring in Gold colored band. I believe the inscription inside the ring says 18KGF but I’m not positive as the inscription is worn. It is around a Size 6 and possibly a little bigger or smaller. It is a fun Ring! It shows all over wear as I enjoyed wearing this ring. Measurements are approximate and colors may be off because of lighting and monitors used to view. Since it isn’t new and is used there may be imperfections.
