Exquisite Alice Colonieu RARE abstract Op Art Modernist, long conical vase with spiral 3-Dimensional decoration. Although identical in size & coloration, this piece has no signature. Not all pieces that have come to auction, even in France, have been signed by this artist. At auction, signed prices for this series by this Artist hover around $6,500. Because this piece is not signed, the piece will be priced accordingly. However it displays beautifully! The vessel has an off-white / beige long conical body with a round protruding center, decorated with a 3-Dimensional honey sienna brown glazed- over paint abstract design. This coloration adorns at the top of the neck of the vase as well. This stunning vintage vase is a true piece of art. Crafted in France during the mid 20th century, this rare vase is a true collector's item. The vase is in great shape and will add a touch of elegance to any decor.
