RARE Wheat straw Panda Art People's Republic Of China

Art is still in original packaging. Plastic has some scuffs on it, but to the best of my ability, the art does not appear to have any scuffs or marks. I am not sure on the age of this piece, the back paper does have some yellowing. I did not open the package to inspect. Extremely cool piece.
