Rare face, VINTAGE, 1980's, 24" "Ice Cream doll" type collectible

This doll is is great shape for age. The outfit is original purple courdoroy (some fading from possible long storage in one position? noted ) The undershirt is of a red checked standard button down cloth. Outfit and hat has been laundered and replaced. As much as I would love to have wiped the slight "dust" accumulation in plastic wrinkles....it'd be my luck to damage the brightwork, colorful detail when the doll is in great- unstained/clean condition as is trying to be too nitpicky.
