Rebecca Taylor tiered strapless eyelash bustier mini dress. Tiered ruffles with eyelash fringe. Scalloped hem. Ruching in back. Boning in bustier. Some fringe is missing, (shown) not noticeable. Measurements: armpit to armpit 17", waist 29.5", length 28". No size tag, guessing size 8, but please pay attention to measurements. Very good condition other than some missing eyelash fringe.
