High in the middle of sweater and the sides drop down longer. Skirt is lined with 100% Cotton and the rest is 100% Acrylic. Layered flowy skirt with sheer floral design on bottom layer. Tag has O, not sure the exact size. The sweater stretched and looks like it would fit Medium.
